Every dish at Ember & Vine starts at the source. We work directly with local farms, fishermen, and foragers to bring seasonal produce to our wood-fire hearth. No shortcuts, no compromises — just honest cooking that lets great ingredients speak for themselves.
Our wine list follows the same principle: small-batch producers, minimal intervention, maximum character. Each bottle is chosen to complement the smoky depth of our kitchen.
